1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.


We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

If more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to process your return.

 


 

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Perishable products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet these criteria.

 


 

3. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Returns must be sent by mail to our warehouse:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs.

 


4. PROCESSING TIME

  • Once we receive your item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • If approved, your replacement will be shipped immediately.
